Become an Article Marketing Expert

Who else wants to become an expert article marketer? Do you truly want to write articles that convert like crazy? Do you crave endless streams of free traffic that continues LONG after you've put your keyboard down? In this article we are going to take a quick and insightful look at how to become an article marketing master in short order, and I'll share some of the secrets that I use in my own business to create copious amounts of killer content that converts like crazy. Curious to know more? Great....continue reading as we take a closer look below!

Tip #1: Write titles that titillate

The truth? Using long verbose titles is one of my personal secrets to getting open rates that I truly believe are transcendently high in any niche I publish in. Remember, your article title is tantamount to the headline in an ad... or the piece of prose (and promise) that's either going to grab your reader firmly by the nose and pull them in... or not. (note: Pulling your reader by the nose is no longer allowed due to the recent FTC rule changes, but you get the point)

Tip #2: Content Consistency

If you've got 3 or 4 "tip" in your article, make your resource box another "tip". If you've written an article that highlights 4 ways to do something, make the resource box a 5th way. Why? Because people click through on consistency. If you're article flows properly, the natural extension of the article will lead back to your site, service or offer..and the simple truth is that you WON'T be successful unless you make that transition smooth. (you can get an infinite amount of people to READ your article... but if they don't click through, you'll never quit your day job)

Tip #3: Dumb it Down

This is actually a lesson I've had to learn over and over and over again! Why? Because I like to have fun with my articles, and I try to be clever with my content. But the truth is, people don't often "get" clever. And if they don't' get the joke per se... (or don't realize you're trying to be funny) it's like a stake in the heart of your article. Keeping your article simple, interesting, informative and NOT overly entertaining is a good way to keep people engaged with your primary points... and not distracted by your sense of humor, or unusual good looks, like what often happens with mine.

Tip #4: Keep Your Paragraphs Short

Again, I can't always tell a novice article marketer by long, sprawling paragraphs. People lose intersect....and eye studies show that small "chunks" of text are far superior from a readability standpoint as well. My rule is one primary point per paragraph...which is why I like to use numbers, or bullets, lists... as it keeps me focused on one specific statement per paragraph. I also like to use formatting to keep my articles "organized", like bolds and actual numbered lists and so forth. Again, the more you break up the content using text in creative and aesthetically pleasing ways, the more readable your articles become. (and the higher your conversions become to boot!)

Article Marketing to Boost Your Conversion

Have you ever tried pay per click and haven't had any luck with the results? If you wish results that job and boost your conversion by bringing a lot of relevant visitors to your site then try article marketing. The Web is full of information that possible customers are seeking for his or her own interests. They give the impression of being through Google for the highest ranking sites to visit and see if the data they are searching is represented there. You'll be able to give your visitors the information they have and achieve high ranking standing in Google with article marketing.

Why Article Selling Works
Visitors approach the Internet wanting for data and product to assist solve a downside that they're having in their field of interest. When a visitor is aware of precisely what they have, they will search until they notice the proper information. Plenty of sites offer information and don't follow through with top quality topics that consumers want.
If you are in a niche you would like to ascertain yourself as the authority on that subject. The method to try and do this is often through article marketing. Articles can provide high quality content for potential shoppers for free thus that they feel as if they are obtaining valuable advice and data from you at your website.

The trick to article marketing then is towards the end of the article, a product or service is pushed. This allows the potential client to have gained relationship with you and figure that you are an authority on this topic. Then they might likely need additional data and techniques or services that you offer. With article marketing, they gain that need to try to to more business with you and can get the product or service.

Widespread Attention through Article Promoting
Article marketing is so huge that there are tons of data bases for the articles to be submitted to achieve visitors. Imagine, from EzineArticles alone, one will gain 100 hits per day to the website. Currently simply image how several you can gain through submitting the article to five hundred sites! A percentage of the folks visiting your web site can get from you and therefore the conversion rates can soar for your merchandise and services.

Article submission sites are unengaged to post articles to and gain instant traffic overnight! Therefore several individuals visit article sites daily and the eye is widespread across the internet. Article submission data bases have high rankings in Google additionally and the articles listed there gain rank through the keywords used. Oftentimes the article that you simply submit can be listed in the prime 5 rank for the keyword through Google, driving even additional traffic to your website through the various keywords used for SEO optimization web selling tools online.

Article Submission Tools and Tidbits

It is a widely known fact that writing and submitting articles is a daunting task but the rewards are far more than the work involved. Writing articles and then submitting them to article directories is one of if not the best way to promote your web site bar none, including blogs, in my opinion.

If you are like me, I have my own directory connected to my website. All my new articles go into this directory and then I submit them to other directories. I also reword them to be a completely new article and submit them too.

My first method was to keep a linked list on my server and then visit the individual article directories. This didn't suit me as I was having to click back and forth between the list, my notepad, and then the directory where I was submitting to. Lots of work, let me tell you.

My second method was to download one of those automated submission tools. I figured automation was the way to go until I found that these sometimes bunched my articles into one solid paragraph and submitted into whatever category it wanted to. I dumped that method like a hot potato.

The third and final method I tried was to build my own submission page using frames. Then with the list on the left frame, the article directory on the right frame, and the text boxes I put to the top, I came up with my own article submission tool.

Frames are a very old method in HTML and I wouldn't recommend using them for a website, but it sure made one handy dandy utensil to submit my articles with. It splices, it dices, it makes Julienne fries. Really folks, don't discount using the old methods in dealing with the new problems.

And the best part of this method is everyone is happy. The article directory owners get their visits and you get your articles submitted to each and every one with more ease.

Accident Insurance

Accidents are unpredictable. No matter how careful you are, the unexpected can happen at any time and it can change your life forever. Aside from dealing with physical recovery or even the death of a loved one, the experience can take a financial toll that is impossible to recover from. With accident insurance, you are covered up to a certain amount of money for injuries you suffer as well as for any required medical treatment. As the beneficiary of such a policy, you can be assisted financially when someone you love is in a tragic accident.

Did you know that many more people are seriously injured in car accidents than are actually killed? Many of these injuries result in long-term consequences that sometimes change everything in a person's life. If you are paralyzed, then you will have difficulty doing the work you did before. It will be necessary to be compensated for the injury and the event that occurred. Deafness, blindness, and even the permanent loss of limbs are covered under accident insurance.

Financial protection is an important matter. Just because you have worked for many years and have a safe bank account, a house, and valuable assets does not mean an unexpected turn can't make it all meaningless. Aside from not being able to work, medical costs can bankrupt the most financially secure of people. You can always hope that you'll never need it, but having insurance is one way you can have the security of knowing it is there should it be required.

Researching insurance can involve many processes, but you can start by looking online. Search for providers and review them. You can use tools on their homepage to get a quote, read the instructions on how to apply and see if there are specific rules. With at least one provider, you can have single or joint coverage, and various payment options are available to accommodate your needs. Application over the phone makes the process even easier, and representatives can answer any questions you have that are not already answered on the website.

There are too many injuries to list that can happen as a result of an accident. The last thing you need in this case, though, are financial worries. With accident insurance, you should be compensated once something does happen, so at least you will be able to live without the concern of paying the bills or getting treatment for chronic problems as a result of the accident. It is possible to find such insurance from sites that offer other services such as life and funeral insurance, for example, so when looking for leads in doing your research, you can take a look at companies that offer these too.

Sometimes the insurance policy will be limited to application under specific cases, but with most you can cover yourself, apply for a joint plan for a spouse or partner, and/or also designate a beneficiary. Insurance plans may be offered for certain areas, so also look according to your location. Makes sure you are also aware of exclusions. For accidents, self-inflicted injury will not be covered, nor will the incident be covered if it is the result of a criminal act on the insurant's part. Drug and alcohol consumption, sports injuries and war injuries may be excluded.

Accident insurance can provide the chance for financial compensation in case of a severe injury or death. Accidents can be unpredictable and it is always important to be prepared. As always, research is important when choosing your insurance

Communicate Functional Requirements

This is what the typical development environment used to look like: you, the technical writer/product manager/business analyst, sits in one space, just a few spaces away from a tester, who sits just a few spaces away from a developer. Possibly, an architect sits a couple doors away, along with an administrative assistant and a project manager.
Not so these days. Today, the picture likely looks more like this: a couple of developers and testers share an office, and communicate daily via e-mail and/or phone and/or Skype with you, the business analyst or product manager of sorts who probably sits across the country from them, or even further - across the world. Today, teams are smaller - stripped down to bare essentials for a number of reasons, but highest among them: cost. Everyone is being asked to be more efficient: to complete projects faster, with fewer people, for more money. This means that you, as the chief person in charge of communicating requirements, needs to find a better, faster, more effective means of documenting and expressing those requirements than ever before.
5 Strategies for Effective Communication While Working Remotely When communicating requirements remotely, you will need to learn to be as concise as humanly possible. Sure, you may have figured out all of the ways to cut costs by using Skype or instant messenger, nixing paper and submitting all documentation electronically, etc... but the costs will all come back to you in measures of time if you do not learn to say what you mean to say in as few words as possible.
Here are five ways you can achieve better communication.
Demonstrate. If you have not already, learn to use Visio or a similar program and make diagrams the central parts of your documentation. Diagramming is quite possibly the single most effective way of expressing the what of a system: the answer to the question, what does this thing do?
Chop up your documentation. Give to testers what testers need and give to developers what developers need. Do not waste time trying to create the perfect single document to be used by roles of all kinds, because such a document does not exist. Instead, focus on meeting deadlines by providing what is necessary when it is due. If you so desire or if it is dictated by the processes adopted by your employer or client, you can put all of the pieces together at the end in one big SRS. But for now, focus on what is necessary.
Show and tell. Do not wait until everything is completely ironed out before having discussions with developers and testers. Rather, use modified JAD sessions to present features and functions as they are being defined. This will allow for more and better questions upfront that can be worked into the documentation, rather than spending a ton of time creating a document or presentation that will be picked apart and in need of serious revisions later. Your developer or tester may be living and working in a time zone that is several hours ahead of or behind you. Instead of presenting a massive amount of documentation which will take weeks to sift through, discuss the functionality in pieces, making it possible for your developer to begin developing and your tester to begin writing test cases at the same time that you are finishing up another part of the documentation.
Keep communication free flowing while still holding formal conference calls. One of the most effective ways to work remotely is to set up a formal conference call weekly, or even daily, depending on what part of the development cycle you are in. In addition to this standing call, set up instant messenger and develop a habit of staying by your phone and e-mail program so that questions can be asked and answered on the fly. While working remotely, you cannot afford to go into a hole or be AWOL. It needs to feel as though you are in the office while in fact, you are nowhere near.
Ask for understanding. Don't assume people are following you. Once they hang up the phone, you don't know whether they are scratching their heads or getting straight to work, so, it's up to you to ask the questions, "Do you understand what I am saying?" "Does this make sense?" "Are you able to follow these steps/this diagram, etc?" If you don't ask the questions, you are leaving a lot of room for misunderstanding - the kind that can't be cleared by just getting up and walking down the hallway.
Ultimately, if you are an effective communicator, you should be able to communicate requirements well, whether or not you are physically situated in the same office as the rest of your team. It is entirely possible to communicate requirements to a team even when each team member works from their home. The key is to adopt communication styles and strategies that make it possible to still get questions answered in a timely fashion. Additionally, if your documentation is skinny (i.e., stripped of the fat and presents only what is necessary), you will remove potential distraction and reduce the opportunity for misunderstanding and/or confusion that can be more likely to occur in a virtual office setting.

Technical Communication

The idea of a specialized field within the larger field of Communications that is completely devoted to technical information is not actually new, but has recently seen a rebirth with the quantum leaps taken in e-commerce taken in the last decade. Technical communication, in its purest form is simply the communicating of technical information to a specialized audience for the purpose of providing them with the information they need to perform a function.
Large companies and even governments have utilized technical manuals and user manuals for decades, since the ability to use a product properly needs to be translated in terms appropriate for the product, whether it is a telescope or a high-tech communications system. Today, however, much of the work done in the field of technical communications is geared toward the conveyance of information either over the Internet or for use with computers and computer software. Often many high-tech devices have user manuals that are not only available in a printed version, but also on a CD or on-line.
Some even have interactive chat arenas where specialists can communicate the usage and applications of the product or help troubleshoot a problem. This information is provided by specialists, often a team of them, who put together an effective way of providing this often very detail-oriented information for the customer in professional, well-constructed manner.

1st Grade Spelling

Getting your 1st grader to want to learn spelling may not be as easy as you think. Some are reluctant to simply write words repetitively as a way to learn. If their pained looks and groans are forcing you to look for a more amicable solution, try getting creative! Not only are our ideas fun, they are also inexpensive.
Get Sticky: Grab your pencil and some post it notes and get started. Write the names of objects and then put sticky notes on them. Let your child go on a spelling word hunt until they've found all ten words, for example. If your child is homeschooled, this works very well as you are able to control your list and use household items easily. If you are given lists by your school, try sticking the words around the house in fun places. Your child will still read them and notice them, and it turns spelling lists into games.
Coloring Words: Another great way to help your 1st grade student with spelling is to make coloring pages with the words. Your child can color and learn at the same time. Sometimes, it helps for a young child to simply see the word often enough. It's similar to writing the words over and over, but much less tedious for the child.
Go Fish: Make a deck of cards with the spelling words with index cards. Make sure you make pairs so that you can make matches. Let your child decorate the cards if he or she would like to. They don't take long to make and parents can even enjoy this game.
Eat It: Do you ever wish you could make your morning drive to school more productive? Then this game is for you. Take the list and tear it into individual words (make a back-up copy first). Then get two back seat trash cans that look like animals or you can decorate them so the opening looks like a mouth. When a word is spelled correctly, you will give your child that word to put in the correct trash can so the animal can "eat it." The words they couldn't spell go into the other trash can for a later game...maybe on the way home from school, until all of the words have been properly eaten. Sound effects are definitely allowed.
Get Poetic: It's fun to make special kinds of poems with spelling words. Why not try a haiku or a limerick to make spelling more interesting? Post weekly poems on the refrigerator for family review. You'll be amazed at the funny things your kids will come up with!
Teaching your child at home can be a wonderful and rewarding experience. However, it can be a daunting task to locate appropriate tools at an affordable price. While some parents prefer to teach spelling simply through reading, others prefer a more traditional method of memorizing lists and testing their child to make sure he or she is learning this important skill. Why not get creative and help your child learn through hands on, fun activities, that will improve spelling scores and let your child enjoy spelling at the same time.
